Oversee the management of the Graduate Programs, including admissions, enrollment, advising and graduation clearance; Supervise advising staff (3), as well as academic and curriculum/registration issues; serve as liaison between the program and University offices that handle matters pertaining to graduate students; attend all relevant University and College committee meetings. Manage admissions process, including the setting and achievement of enrollment goals at all of the three regional campuses and throughout the CCIS graduate program. Coordinate with marketing and communication teams (College and University); Oversee operations for the Boston campus graduate programs; Manage development, revision, and scheduling of online courses.


Master’s degree required; Doctoral degree preferred. Minimum of eight to ten years of experience in higher education administration. Individual must have strong communication skills (verbal and written), strong project management skills, and proven experience with spreadsheets and databases. Individual must also have exceptionally strong organizational and project management skills. Experience working with a diverse student population a must. He/she must have experience working independently and as a member of a team.
