Responsibilities | The College of Professional Studies at Northeastern University invites applications for a non-tenure track part time faculty lecturer in the Graduate School of Education. Our innovative graduate programs address the increasing need for individuals working in educational settings and other learning environments to possess graduate level competencies in theories and practice. This is a scholar-practitioner program that integrates problems of practice with rigorous academic research in specialized areas designed to prepare individuals to effect change in their organizations and society. The College seeks faculty working remotely who have the ability to teach and advise graduate student adult learners at both the masters and doctoral level in education. Actual course load may vary with either teaching and/or student advising associated with supporting our graduate programs in Education. |
Qualifications | The position requires a doctorate in education or related field; doctoral advising experience; and preferred expertise in virtual/online teaching in curriculum leadership and/or teaching and learning. |
