The Technology Specialist will provide hardware and software support for all technology resources used in Student Affairs. Responsibilities include support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, vending and laundry readers, and field support for other software and hardware devices. The person will need to provide in-person and remote support based on the needs of the users. The person needs to be able to identify needs of users and provide appropriate technology solutions to improve business processes. The person needs to provide timely support, be attentive to customer needs, and provide effective customer support.


Associate’s degree and 3 years of experience required.
Experience with CS Gold, ID Works, MICROS, Microsoft Office applications, Windows, Macintosh, iOS, Android, desktops, laptops, tablets, smart phones, printers, scanners, and cameras.
A+ and Network+ certification preferred.
Experience with Customer Service and problem resolution skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
