Under the direct supervision of the Associate Director of Marketing Technology and Operations, the Digital Applications Administrator will play a key role in understanding the operational processes and various technology systems used to help students discover, evaluate, apply for and enroll into Northeastern’s various degree programs. This individual will provide system support, content entry and light management of these technology systems to ensure data integrity and support our marketing and enrollment teams’ and their ability to execute their work.

You will act as a liaison between our marketing and enrollment professionals and our development resources to help troubleshoot problems as they arise. You will also provide support with data entry, content and information management within these systems, perform regular audits and day-to-day system maintenance. Additional job responsibilities will also include light documentation and database reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree. Minimum of 2 years of systems maintenance or web content management experience; High level of comfort working with a variety of technology and familiarity with common marketing technology solutions including, but not limited to, web content management systems, databases, web applications, customer relationship management and marketing automation platforms.

Pro-active, innovative, self-starter who is flexible and able to operate under pressure; Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with people of all cultures and levels.
