The Assistant Registrar, Transcripts and Records Services oversees the areas of Transcript and Verifications. Manage the Transcript and Verifications Department. Oversee all transcript production, and verifications of enrollment. Supervise services provided to students answering critical degree and enrollment verification calls. Manage complex transcript requests in Banner, Extender, Microfilm and paper copy. Support Associate Registrar and University Office of General Counsel in subpoenas Bachelor’s degree required. Manage the School of Law transcript request process. Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s Degree preferred, 3-6 years of experience.


Minimum 3-6 years experience in progressively responsible positions in Enrollment Management/Registrar. Management experience with data integrity, records maintenance and employee training. Excel and other reporting tools. Supervisory experience and management of staff. Knowledge of FERPA and other federal regulations Attention to detail is critical.
