Assist the head coach with practice and game day decisions, direction of program, and student-athlete supervision. Coordinate and implement team offense, defense, goalkeeping and specialty situation strategies to maintain a highly competitive Division I Field Hockey program; develop training drills and run portions of practice; liaison with athletic training staff and media relations for field hockey; coordinate team travel; organize all recruiting visits; and evaluate, visit and recommend prospective student-athletes from throughout the world for the program; monitor the progress of student-athletes; supervise team strength training and conditioning programs; attend departmental meetings, programs and clinics; assist with fund-raising activities; and complete other administrative duties as assigned by the head coach.


3 yrs coaching experience. Knowledge of recruiting practices and NCAA regs preferred.
